What are the delivery times and costs?

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days.

To preserve the shine and beauty of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning them regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, salt water, and prolonged contact with moisture. Stainless steel jewelry is particularly durable, but pieces made of plated brass or fine gold, such as those in the collection Crystallia, require special care to avoid scratches and maintain their shine.

Is the jewelry durable enough for everyday use?

Can I see my custom necklace before shipping?

Yes, before your personalized necklace is shipped, we will send you an email with a photo of your creation so that you can validate the result. This will give you the opportunity to ensure that everything is in line with your expectations before sending.

Can I make changes to my personalized necklace after it has been created?

When your necklace is finished, we will email you a photo to validation. You will then be able to request retouching, such as adjusting the length of the necklace or the position of the chains. However, pearls, once inlaid, cannot be changed, as the inlay is permanent.

Can I return or exchange my custom necklace?

Being a completely personalized product, our custom-made necklaces cannot neither be refunded nor exchanged. However, if your necklace arrives damaged, we promise to repair it and return it to you. All you need to do is contact at the following address: contact@maguilej.com.

How does the e-gift card work?

Once the order is validated, the e-gift card is sent by email to the address of your choice, accompanied by a unique code to be used at checkout. It can be used once or several times, on the whole from our online store.

Returns and Exchanges

What are the time limits for returning a piece of jewelry?

You have 14 working days after receiving your order to make a return. The jewelry must be returned in good condition and in its original pouch. It is not necessary to keep the box or business cards, as long as the pouch is intact. Returns are accepted only under these conditions.

What happens if I provided the wrong address?

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
