Delivery

Delivery is via Colissimo, Lettre Suivie, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost, and is charged according to the chosen carrier and the destination country. Delivery is free for orders over €100 within mainland France.

 

  • Each order is processed under 1 within 8 business days, and under 1 to 30 business days for personalized necklacesThese delivery times may be extended in the event of high demand, particularly during the launch of new collections or during the holiday season.

  • Once the order is shipped, delivery takes place under 2 to 4 business days in France. For other countries, expect 4 to 12 business days depending on the country.

  • A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent so you can track the delivery..

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are NOT working days.

 

Returns

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned without a specific reason up to 14 days after receiving the order, subject to certain conditions:

 

  • A request is sent by email to contact@maguilej.com

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the tracking number is sent to the seller by email.

  • The contents of the order are intact, in the original packaging or in sufficiently resistant packaging (such as bubble wrap).

 

 

Personalized jewelry and earrings are neither returnable nor exchangeable.unless they were damaged during delivery. If an order arrives damaged, it can be reshipped or refunded. in the formto have, under certain conditions:

Parcels lost in transit are refunded in the form of a credit note if the tracking clearly indicates their loss..
